These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Trade Page website and services (the "Service") operated by My Trade Page ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
My Trade Page provides website creation, hosting, and management services for tradespeople and small businesses. Our Service includes the design and deployment of one-page websites, domain registration assistance, business email setup, and ongoing hosting and maintenance.
The Service is provided at a cost of £99 per year. This fee covers website creation, hosting, and basic maintenance for a 12-month period. Payment is due upon approval of the completed website. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Domain registration, if required, is available at an additional cost and is subject to third-party registrar terms.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your website, we will work with you to make changes. If we are unable to meet your requirements, you are entitled to a full refund provided you notify us within 30 days of the website going live.

The website templates, designs, and code used to build your site remain the intellectual property of My Trade Page. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use your website for the duration of your subscription. Any content you provide (business name, text, images) remains your property.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your website is available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any downtime caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to server maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. If you cancel before the end of your subscription period, no refund will be provided for the remaining period unless covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Subscriptions will be renewed annually unless you notify us of your intention to cancel at least 14 days before the renewal date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Trade Page shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
